Libertyville, Ill. – Motorola Ventures, the company’s
strategic investment arm, announced on Tuesday that it has made an investment
in advanced TV advertising firm BlackArrow, as an extension to the company’s
third round of funding.
New York-based BlackArrow offers advertising solutions
for video-on-demand, DVR, mobile devices and broadband video services.
with the investment, Motorola and BlackArrow will work to develop integrated
addressable media and ad solutions for set-top boxes and mobile devices, as
well as cloud-based, hosted video service and IP video delivery.
