Los Angeles – Fashion sample sale site HauteLook has
launched its service on Facebook, partnering with a number of brands so that HauteLook
members who are also fans of the brands on Facebook receive notifications of
sample sales in their news feeds. "Our members spend one-third of their
online time on Facebook. So we know that getting out of the e-mail inbox is
going to be crucial for the flash-sale business," HauteLook CEO Adam
Bernhard told The New York Times.
