San Francisco – Threadsy, the developer of a combined email,
instant messaging and social network messaging platform, has raised $3 million
in its second round of venture capital financing, TechCrunch reported, citing a
regulatory filing.
Information on investors in the round was not disclosed,
although previous backers include August Capital and Harrison Metal Capital.
Founded
in 2008, San Francisco-based Threadsy lets users access multiple messaging
systems via a single interface.
The company has now raised a total of $6.3
million to date.
