Toronto – Netflix (NASD: NFLX) on Monday announced that it has signed a
number of licensing deals that will add hundreds of new titles to the library
that its Canadian subscribers may stream instantly to their computers and
televisions. Programming such as "Weeds," "The Big C,"
"Undercover Boss," "The Tudors," "Saturday Night
Live," "The Kids in the Hall" and "Merlin" is coming
to Netflix in Canada, where subscribers pay $7.99 for the only plan offered —
which includes streaming, but no DVD rentals.
