San Francisco – Hans Pandeya, the Global Gaming Factory head
who made headlines this year for his failed attempt to acquire The Pirate Bay,
is now facing bankruptcy and a police investigation out of Sweden, CNET
News.com reported. Creditors owed some $220,000 reportedly have asked
authorities to put GGF into bankruptcy. Meanwhile, Swedish investigators
reportedly flew to the FBI’s offices in Virginia to interview former Grokster
president Wayne Rosso about Pandeya’s claims regarding GGF’s finances and his
purported licensing deals.
