New York – Jesta Group, the Berlin-based company that
recently acquired Fox Mobile Group from News Corp., said on Thursday that the
unit has been renamed Jesta Digital, and will be led by new CEO Jason Aintabi.
Fox Mobile encompassed Jamba, Jamster, Mobizzo, iLove and Bitbop. Jesta also
does business in real estate and hospitality, in addition to manufacturing and
aviation.
