Indianapolis, Ind. – ChaCha, the operator of an online
question-and-answer service, has raised $3 million in new funding, including $900,000
of outstanding warrants from new investor Qualcomm Ventures.

The company said the
investment extends the round it announced in October, led by VantagePoint Venture
Partners and Rho Ventures.

Indiana-based ChaCha says it is now attracting 32
million unique monthly users, who are posing over 3 million questions daily on
the site.

The five-year-old company has now raised $75 million total in venture
capital financing.
