New York – Cablevision (NYSE: CVC) has launched its remote-storage
digital video recorder service in the Bronx borough of New York City, Light
Reading Cable reports. Available for $10.95 per month, the service lets users
select up to 100 hours of standard or 25 hours of HD programming to
"record." The programs then become available on-demand from
Cablevision’s servers, rather than being stored locally on a digital video

Unfortunately 25 hours of HD storage is insufficient. Wish I could say I am surprised but this is Cablevision. Currently use 1TB DVR extender with DVR.
