London – Perform Group, a U.K.-based online sports
broadcaster, has announced plans to raise up to $113.5 million in a floatation
on the London stock exchange.

Founded in 2007, Perform distributes online
sports video, and holds rights to English, French, Italian and MLS soccer,
Australian cricket, WTA tennis, and U.S. leagues including the NBA, MLB and NHL.

The
company streamed over 25,000 sporting events in 2010, delivering 1.1 billion
streams to online viewers, and attracted 95 million monthly unique users in
January.

"The funds raised through the IPO will give us a substantial
platform to grow further," said CEO Oliver Slipper.

"We are very
excited about this next stage in our story and look forward to the opportunity
the public markets will provide us with to create value for all shareholders —
while delivering unforgettable experiences for millions of sports fans
worldwide."
