San Francisco – Streaming music service Pandora recently
logged its ten-billionth "thumb" by a user, who hit the service’s
thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons to indicate whether they like a track or would
like to skip to the next song. "There is no greater evidence for us of
meeting that objective than the ongoing engagement you have all shown in your
use of the thumbs," Pandora founder and CEO Tim Westergren wrote on the
company’s blog.
