Arlington, Va. – PBS said on Tuesday it has launched a new
website feature allowing users to search transcriptions from its 7,000 free
videos, as well as text and other data. Site visitors will now be able to sort,
navigate and share search results using filters such as program title,
producer, local PBS station, airdate and content format. The technology came
from Massachusetts-based Ramp.
