Los Angeles – Unsocial, a location-based business networking tool created by Apptango, said on Monday that it has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding.
Unsocial allows people to find each other based on search criteria and proximity and network in real-time at conferences, trade shows and other events.
Available for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry, Unsocial is integrated with business social network LinkedIn, allowing users to connect with LinkedIn contacts via mobile.
The service is currently available in 17 U.S. cities, and has been chosen for use at events including Appnation and the Seattle Interactive Conference.
