Baltimore – Millennial Media, a provider of mobile advertising and data services, said on Wednesday it has acquired mobile start-up Condaptive.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Arlington, Va.-based Condaptive’s platform helps clients, such as developers and advertisers, form mobile audiences through the analysis of data.

Hemang Gadhia, the founder and CEO of Condaptive, will become Millennial’s senior vice president of audience intelligence, with the company’s full team being integrated into Millennial’s Technology and Innovation Group.

The news comes nearly five months after Baltimore-based Millennial, which operates the largest independent mobile ad network in the U.S., raised $27.5 million in a round of funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Columbia Capital, Charles River Ventures and New Enterprise Associates.
