Cambridge, Mass. — Scalable Display Technologies, a Cambridge-based developer of software that automatically calibrates and “edge-blends” multiple projectors into seamless digital displays, has raised $450,000 in venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Scalable Display’s  main application makes it possible to create high-resolution displays on screens of unlimited geometry and size. The technology is used by customers in a range of markets including simulation, training, professional AV and visualization. The company’s core technology was developed at MIT in the 1990s. Scalable Display Technologies was founded in 2004.
