Los Angeles – Video portal joint venture Hulu announced on Wednesday a multi-year licensing agreement with film studio Miramax.
The deal will bring movies like “Pulp Fiction,” “Good Will Hunting,” “Scream” and “The English Patient” to subscribers of Hulu’s $8-per-month Hulu Plus premium service.
As part of the deal, Hulu will rotate a selection of 15 Miramax films each month on Hulu that will feature periodic advertising breaks.
“Hundreds” of Miramax titles will be available from today on Hulu Plus.
