FishBowl Worldwide Media, the studio founded by Vin Di Bona and Bruce Gersh, has renewed CuteWinFail for a fourth season and signed a partnership with Revision3 to distribute the YouTube sensation more widely.

The deal calls for CuteWinFail to be part of Revision3’s global online network, and for Revision3 to serve as FishBowl’s exclusive advertising sales partner for the CuteWinFail channel.

FishBowl has also renewed with Toby Turner to continue as the show’s host. CuteWinFail, which launched in 2010, averages 1.2 million views per episode.

The show leverages FishBowl’s massive library of cleared user-generated content. Each week it showcases three of these UGC videos and invites users to vote on – you guessed it – which one is cute, which is an epic win, and which gets stamped “fail.” Its dedicated YouTube channel also includes outtakes, bonus material and clips and has more than 230,000 subscribers.

“With CuteWinFail, which was FishBowl’s first digital content initiative, we have successfully built an online brand that has grown exponentially and has continued to engage new viewers with each of its 60-plus episodes,” said Bruce Gersh, president and CEO of FishBowl Worldwide Media. “We are very excited to continue to reach new audiences through Revision3’s global distribution network.”

Revision3 was founded in 2005 by Kevin Rose, Jay Adelson and David Prager and is now led by Jim Louderback. Its programs are available on and mobile apps as well as via more than 40 distribution partners spanning web, mobile and over the top platforms like Roku, Boxee, Yahoo’s Connected TV Platform, Google TV, and HDTVs from Toshiba, Vizio, LG, Sony and Samsung.

“Revision3’s partnership with FishBowl continues to help us expand programming for our global network, as well as bring the incredible CuteWinFail series to new audiences,” said Ryan Vance, vice president of Programming and Production, Revision3. “We look forward to offering our advertising partners engaging and creative ways to connect with audiences through FishBowl’s premium quality channel.”
