Boston – Aegis Group, a London-based media and digital communications group, announced on Wednesday it has signed agreement to acquire Roundarch, a digital agency with offices in Boston, Chicago, Denver and New York, for an initial consideration of $125 million.
With 250 employees, Roundarch specializes in designing and building digital services for large clients such as Avis, HBO, Bloomberg Sports, Motorola and the US Air Force.
Its services include strategy, design, development and outsourcing across digital channels including web, mobile and social media.
