Costa Mesa, Calif. – WeedMaps.com, a community site where
medical marijuana patients rate local dispensaries and related services, has
agreed to be acquired by US Cannabis, a Nevada-based company owned by LC Luxuries
Limited.
Financial terms of the transaction have not yet been agreed upon by
the parties.
The company charges dispensaries between $200 and $400 per
month to advertise their menus online — the majority of which are updated
weekly.
