Seattle
– Ground Truth, a provider of mobile audience measurement services, announced
on Tuesday that it has raised $7 million in its second round of funding.

New
investors Emergence Capital Partners and OpenAir Ventures were joined by return
backers Steamboat Ventures and Voyager Capital.

Seattle-based Ground Truth,
which launched publicly less than three months ago, provides mobile measurement
based on actual usage data aggregated from millions of subscribers.

The company
will use the funds to significantly expand its offerings to clients and data
partners.
