Santa Clara, Calif. – Bitbop, the on-demand mobile TV
subscription service offered by News Corp.’s (NYSE: NWS) Fox Mobile Group, said on Tuesday
that it has expanded availability to Android smartphones. The $9.99 per month
service launched earlier this year supporting only RIM’s BlackBerry
smartphones. Bitbop-compatible Android smartphones include Motorola’s Droid
line, HTC’s Droid and EVO, and Samsung’s Vibrant, Epic 4G and Fascinate
handsets.
