Libertyville, Ill. – Motorola (NYSE: MOT) and Nokia (NYSE: NOK) announced on Friday
that they have entered into a 4G licensing agreement, cross-licensing each
other’s 4G cellular technologies such as LTE, WiMAX and LTE-Advanced. The
licensing deal comes as Motorola, Nokia, Apple, Microsoft, Google and others
have recently traded patent infringement claims over various mobile
technologies.
