Tokyo – Sony has announced plans to release a PlayStation
app for Apple and Android mobile devices. The Official PlayStation App will
give users access to their virtual trophy achievements, see friends’ games and
online status, and share products or news with friends on Facebook and Twitter.
The first version of the free app will be released in the U.K., France,
Germany, Spain, Italy and The Netherlands.
