San Francisco – Web video index Blinkx on Wednesday released
a TV API, which it says will allow makers of set-tops, TVs, game consoles and
other devices to access its index of over 35 million hours of online video.
Current partners in the TV space include Amino Communications, Belgacom and
Miniweb.
