San Ramon, Calif. – Reply.com, the developer of an online
auction marketplace that allows advertisers to acquire targeted customer
prospects, said on Friday it has acquired adHUBs, a publisher of mobile
applications.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Reply.com said the acquisition will allow it to increase traffic, grow its presence in mobile
and maximize its supply of locally targeted consumer prospects.

adHUBs
currently offers more than 1,000 apps for iPhone and Android devices. The
company’s apps have so far been downloaded more than 3.5 million times.

As part
of the deal Reza Hajebi, a co-founder of adHUBs and former head of
infrastructure technologies at Yahoo, has joined Reply.com as CTO, and JP
Novin, also a co-founder and CEO of the company, has been named vice president
of mobile.

In a related move, Saints Capital has purchased $10 million of
Reply’s stock from existing shareholders.
