San Francisco – The Winklevoss twins have appealed the
dismissal of their lawsuit against Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, over the
terms of a settlement they were paid related to charges Zuckerberg stole their
idea to build a social network, Wired.com reports.

The Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals ruled last week essentially that the Winklevosses should be content with the $65
million they received in the settlement.

For their part, the twins contended
that Facebook fraudulently omitted relevant information about the company’s stock
price at the time of the original settlement, and are seeking additional shares
in the company.

They have now filed an appeal for an en banc hearing before the
entire panel of judges from the Ninth Circuit; a three-judge panel delivered
the ruling last week.
