New York – Crisp Media, a provider of cross-platform rich
media advertising services, said on Thursday that it has raised $6 million in
new funding.

Investors included Meritage Funds, Intel Capital and Singapore’s
EDBI.

New York-based Crisp has provided mobile ad services for brands including
Ford, HBO, HP, Unilever and Paramount, across a publisher network that includes
CBS, CNN and Yahoo.

Crisp will use the funds for international expansion, and
to promote its new Crisp Engage self-service ad management platform. The
company plans to set up a presence in Singapore to service the Asia Pacific region.
