New York – Viacom announced on Thursday that MTV Networks
chairman and CEO Judy McGrath is resigning, after nearly seven years in the
position and 20 years with the company. Viacom said a successor will not be
named, and that the various executives in charges of MTV Networks’ operating
units will now report directly to Viacom president and CEO Philippe Dauman.
