Philadelphia – Comcast said on Wednesday that its subscribers have viewed 20 billion entertainment programs via its On Demand service since it launched in 2003.

On Demand program views reached 200 million in 2003; 1 billion in 2005; 5 billion in 2007; and 14 billion in 2009.

Comcast said the all-time most-viewed new release movies on the service were “The Hangover,” “The Blind Side” and “Couples Retreat,” while the overall most-viewed TV series were “South Park,” “Entourage” and “Sex and the City.”

The most-viewed musical artists on the service are Beyonce, Chris Brown and Ciara.
