Live Gamer Inc., the advertising and marketing firm that specializes in monetizing games, announced it has completed a mixed securities offering of $8.51 million. Named in the related SEC filing were company executives co-founder and chief executive officer Mitch Davis, co-founder and president Andrew Schneider, and chief technology officer and senior vice president, Product, Bill Grosso.

The filing also listed Live Gamer directors Richard Heitzmann of FirstMark Capital; Chip Meakem of Kodiak Venture Partners; Austin Winterling of Charles River Ventures; Nate Redmond of Rustic Canyon; and Mohamed Omaizat.

Headquartered in New York with offices in Palo Alto, Calif. and Seoul, Korea, Live Gamer‘s clients include Facebook, Electronic Arts, Take 2, Sony Online, Namco Networks, Real Networks and THQ. Advertisers on the Live Gamer Media network include Blizzard, KFC, Best Buy and Sony Computer Entertainment.

The most recently announced title to use Live Gamer’s platform is Rise of Immortals (pictured) from Petroglyph Games, a free-to-play PC game in the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) genre with features designed for both committed and casual players.

Live Gamer had previously raised $27.8 million from Kodiak, Charles River and FirstMark. The company has recently acquired video game ad network GamerDNA and brand engagement advertising platform BrandPort to add additional capabilities.
