South San Francisco – Envivio, a provider of Internet video
delivery services, announced on Wednesday that it has secured $15 million in
new financing, and named several new executives.
Details on investors were not
disclosed, but the sum was divided between $7.5 million in financing and a $7.5
million line of credit.
South San Francisco-based Envivio also said it named
Erik Miller as CFO, and Kevin O’Keefe as COO, while chairman Gianluca Rattazzi
will become executive chairman of the company to assist with corporate and
business development.
The company said it is experiencing 100% year-over-year
sales growth, and is in trials with the top five cable TV providers in North
America.
