Music Ally reports: “Talking of useful snapshots… Research firm Sensor Tower has published its ‘State of AI Apps Report 2025’ and it has plenty of numbers to think about. For example, it calculates that GenAI apps were downloaded 1.7bn times in the first half of this year, up from 1bn times in the corresponding period in 2024. What’s more, these apps doubled their revenues from $932m a year ago to $1.87bn now (again, for the first half of the year).”
