– AT&T (NYSE: T) on Wednesday a new music application that lets users purchase
downloads, stream radio, ID songs and access song lyrics on their mobile
phones. The company said it so far has deals to sell downloads with Sony Music,
EMI and The Orchard. At launch, the service is available only on the LG Xenon,
Samsun Solstice and Samsung Impression handsets, but AT&T plans to expand
availability to other handsets and begin pre-loading the service on devices
this summer. The service will cost $6.99 per month for customers with unlimited
data plans, while song and albums will be charged a la carte.

  1. Well cool news for all the AT&T subscribers ..recently the MTN has also launched the web based music application services and now its been the demand by the users and there are many who are looking for such applications.
