Los Angeles – Apple (NASD: AAPL) has
expanded its patent infringement litigation against Taiwan-based phone maker
HTC, this time accusing the company in federal court in Delaware of violating two new patents, All
Things D reports.

In March, Apple filed suit against HTC, claiming infringement
of 20 of its patents related to the iPhone.

Both companies have also filed patent-related
complaints against one another with the U.S. International Trade Commission,
which seek to have the other’s phones blocked from import into the U.S. from
overseas manufacturers.
