Los Angeles – "Bed Intruder," a single produced by
Auto-Tune the News creators The Gregory Brothers, has entered the Billboard Hot
100 singles chart at number 89, Billboard reported. The song is built on edited
TV news broadcast footage featuring a man talking about an attempted rape of
his sister, his voice altered using auto-tune technology. The song reached
number 25 on the iTunes downloads chart, and revenue is reportedly being shared
equally with the man featured in the video.
