Espoo, Finland – Nokia (NYSE: NOK) has announced that company chairman
Jorma Ollila will step down in 2012. The news comes just after the company said
CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo would resign, to be replaced by Microsoft executive
Stephen Elop. Ollila served as CEO at Nokia for 14 years, before stepping down
in 2006.
