Cupertino, Calif. – Apple (NASD: AAPL) will launch the iPad in five South
American countries on Friday, the same day that the device will make its debut
in China. Apple said the iPad will go on sale in Argentina, Chile, Colombia,
Ecuador and Peru tomorrow.
