Englewood, Colo. – Satellite TV provider DISH Network (NASD: DISH) has
launched a new "Remote Access" feature, which will allow subscribers
with Sling Media-developed "place-shifting" digital video recorders
to access live TV from their smartphones. The feature initially supports
iPhone, Android and BlackBerry smartphones, with iPad support on the way.

Works great, the adapter is very thin and can sit right on top of my receiver so it mostly goes without being noticed. Being an employee of DISH I have been able to get familiar with the adapter and it’s functions and I can not find anything about it that isn’t easy and convenient. The app was a free download in the iTunes app store or on the android market.
