Boston, Mass. — Raptor Group, a capital management company, announced Thursday that they have launched RaptorAccelerator, a sales and revenue generation advisory firm.

The new business will focus its services to companies in the sports, media, entertainment and content technology sectors by providing commercial results and specialized sales and revenue. The new company is being led by Managing Directors Mark Pannes, former Director of HSBC Private Bank’s Global Sports Group (GSG), and Sean Barror, former Senior Vice President of Sales for Madison Square Garden (MSG).

RaptorAccelerator has an established advisory board consisting of veteran sports business, media and entertainment professionals, including: Nick Keller Founder and Managing Director of Benchmark Sport Holdings; James J. Pallotta, Chairman and Managing Director of Raptor Group; Richard E. Gotham, President of The Boston Celtics; Scott O’Neil, President of Madison Square Garden; and Michael Mendenhall, President and Chief Operating Officer of LIPMAN.

RaptorAccelerator is a very targeted approach to help companies within or focused on the sports, media, entertainment and early stage tech sectors achieve commercial success more rapidly, both in the US and internationally,” said Pannes.

RaptorAccelerator will run as an independent firm from Raptor Group’s investment management activities.
