Branford, Conn. – Radial Networks, a startup subsidiary of the in-game advertising firm IGA, has raised $3.4 million in venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Radial Networks provides services for advertisers to place ads within IGA’s publisher network.

With its technology, ads can be targeted by demographics, time of day, and geography.

The company says it supports a variety of ad formats that can be placed within games.
