Los Angeles – Sony Ericsson is working on an Android-powered
"PlayStation phone," Engadget reported, citing a trusted source
inside the company.

The device will reportedly featured a slide-out game
controller with analog controls, a 1GHz processor, run Android 3 and feature
graphics comparable to titles for Sony’s (NYSE:  SNE) PSP handheld.

The report anticipates
that the device could be introduced as early as October.
